Was this entry into Jerusalem, that ended at the cross, truly triumphant? Why did Jesus endure cruel torture and death of the cross when he could have summoned legions of angels to deliver him. Jesus WILLINGLY endured this for YOU & ME. Without this sacrifice, we would have NO mediator between us and the God the Father. Without this sacrifice, we would be unable to enter into Heaven. All we need to do is accept this sacrifice and shed blood. Have YOU? Have I? Are you prepared to stand before God the Father on Judgement Day???
