Leadership is like a pyramid, the kingdom of this world has one man over many people. Jesus turned that pyramid upside down by being a servant to many people. In the kingdom of Jesus it's not about how many people are serving under you, but how many people are you willing to serve? We need to be servants of God, as the apostles were.
